"Found Footage Scoring for Technological Utopias" (original: Found Footage Scoring für Technoutopien) was the title of my bachelor's thesis at HfM Karlsruhe. Before that and after that I've continued creating short films, highlighting an editing approach that is based on the musicality of a scene. Basically I am cutting to visual beats, which can be found in the most minute things, like the periodic waving of a tree in the background of a shot.
